As per the Swedish Consumer Agency, no right of withdrawal applies.

• No refunds are given unless the event is cancelled or moved.

2.3 Non-Transferable
Tickets are personal and may not be transferred without prior written consent.

2.4 Rule Compliance
By attending any event, you agree to comply with Foxy Fun's house rules, consent policies, and code of conduct. Each event may have its own specific consent protocols and behavioral expectations. Please check the individual event listing for detailed rules before attending.

3. MEMBERSHIP TYPES & CONDITIONS

Membership is valid for one year from the time of purchase and is non-transferable.

3.1 Cozy Foxy Fun Membership

• Access to Foxy Fun curated events

• Required for certain ticket types or access tiers

• Valid for one year from time of purchase

• Fee non-refundable

• This membership is subject to its own specific behavioral expectations and rules.

3.2 ESP Membership (Emotional Support Penis Program)

• Additional vetting and behavioral education

• Participation may be required for certain male attendees

• Completion of training does not guarantee event entry

• Members may be removed for behavioral violations

• This membership has additional conduct, awareness, and contribution-based expectations tailored to its purpose.

3.3 Foxy Swingers Membership

• Tailored for those engaging in swinger dynamics

• Focus on clarity, communication, and boundary-respect

• Membership may include access to Swinger-focused events

• This membership includes specific behavioral standards based on respectful partner interactions and group dynamics.

4. BEHAVIOR & EVENT POLICY

4.1 Consent
No physical interaction is allowed without explicit, affirmative consent. Breach of this rule will result in immediate removal and potential banning.

4.2 Contribution Culture
All attendees are expected to contribute positively to the environment. Predatory, entitled, or disruptive behavior will result in removal.

4.3 Nudity & Conduct
Nudity and sexual activity may occur, but no one is ever entitled to participate. Respect boundaries and group dynamics.

4.4 Staff Authority
Crew decisions regarding behavior, consent, and safety are final. Disputing staff in real time is grounds for removal.

4.5 Crew and Volunteer Participation
Crew or volunteers may receive free entry in recognition of their support with logistics, setup, safety, or general operations. Participation in any sexual or social aspects of the event is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of access. No one is compensated or expected to engage in sexual activity.

5. ANTI-SEXUAL SERVICE POLICY (LEGAL DISCLAIMER)

Foxy Fun:

• Does not sell, arrange, or facilitate sexual services.

• Charges cover access to venue, logistics, and shared experience only.

• Does not pay participants or match attendees for sexual purposes.

• Does not tolerate solicitation, stealthing, or commercial arrangements.

All sexual interactions are:

• Voluntary, privately initiated, and at the discretion of attendees.

• Not transactional or compensated in any way.

This ensures full compliance with Swedish law, including BrB Chapter 6 (sexual crimes) and anti-pimping regulations.

6. ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION

6.1 Rule Violations
Violations of consent, behavioral expectations, or terms herein may result in:

• Immediate removal from event

• Suspension or permanent ban

• Reporting to authorities (e.g., in cases of stealthing or violence)

6.2 No Refunds on Removal
If removed due to rule violations, no refunds will be given for tickets or membership.

7. GOVERNING LAW

All legal agreements, membership terms, and participant responsibilities are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in a Swedish court of law.
